Special farm and contract
We have contracted with special farms located near Kyoto,which
provide high quality rice to us. The farms are also trying a
new method of organic cultivation.
Fushimi is famous for its underground spring known as "Fushimizu",which water is pure and delicious.
In our premises is a 70M deep well of Fushimizu, and its water
is used for brewing and bottling.
We strictly adhere to
traditional methods of sake brewing that requires the use of 100%
Japanese rice only. We have not only the technology but also the
rich experience of skilled brewers who have a passion for sake brewery.
Sake made
from pure rice has rich taste of rice and matches very well with
different types of dishes. SHOUTOKU is used by prominent Japanese
cooking experts of Kyoto Cuisine. SHOUTOKU has various affinities
with not only traditional Japanese dishes but also with French, Italian,
or ethnic dishes.
