To craft excellent sake it is essential to use the highest quality sake rice.  
Special farm and contract We source our premium sake rice from a specially contracted rice farm located close to Kyoto. Our farmer ensures we receive the best quality rice to our specifications. They are also engaging in new methods of organic cultivation that removes the need of pesticides.
Water deep well of Fushimizu

The renowned sake producing area of Fushimi is famous for its underground spring and the water it provides known locally as “Fushimizu”. This water is soft, pure and delicious.

At our brewery location, we have a 70 meter deep well that provides all our “Fushimizu” water that we use for brewing and bottling.
